Custom Build Selections
from $3500
Building a custom home is exciting, but there are thousands of decisions to make (and you don’t know what you don’t know). Let us help guide the decisions for a smooth process and a cohesive look and feel of your new home.
While this is an exciting time, the process can feel overwhelming and chaotic without a system in place to make selections in a strategic order.
AWI has a detailed process (with lots of spreadsheet and checklists) to manage all of the decisions and that will be made over the course of the building or renovation process.
Custom Build Selections typically include:
- Plan review & concept design session
- Local showroom appointments for:
- custom cabinetry design, plumbing & lighting fixtures, countertop/stone yard, flooring showroom
- Selecting paint finishes, flooring, hardware
- Exterior selections of color, stone or brick, shutters, roofing, door and window styles
- Sourcing plumbing fixtures, appliances, and lighting
- Bathrooms: tile, plumbing, lighting, mirror, shower components and more
- A running spreadsheet with your selections, links to purchase or a Ferguson shopping list shared with your contracting team.
